Kayce Lassiter

Hi!  My name’s Kayce Lassiter and I’m an author.  I’m a second-generation Arizona native who grew up on a dairy farm in the good Valley of the Hotter ‘N Hell.  Living on a farm as a kid can be fun, but it can be lonely too.  So you learn to dream, to imagine, to pretend — something I’ve just never grown out of.  Shhhhh…don’t tell my family.  They don’t know I still pretend.

So, what does an old broad do when she still wants to pretend, but doesn’t want anyone to know?  She writes.  That’s my story…and I’m stickin’ to it! I live still in a small town in Arizona with my three horses, three dogs, my neighbor’s cats, and a rat-killing duck named Tubby who thinks she’s a dog and lays her eggs in the wading pool.
